This license applies to the evaluation version of GPSMeter PDA.  If you
are using a registered version of GPSMeter PDA, see the section titled 
"Registered Version" below.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by JAL. Your use of this software indicates 
your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.


*** EVALUATION LICENSE ***

The following license applies to the evaluation version of GPSMeter PDA.
If you have purchased a license for the registered version of
GPSMeter PDA, see the section "REGISTERED VERSION" below.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by JAL. Your use of this software indicates 
your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
without charge but it has 15 days limit.

If you find this program useful and want to use, you must make a registration payment.
This registration fee will license one user to use one copy of GPSMeter PDA on one computer at
any one time.  

All users will receive registration key and a copy of the latest 
release when they register, or it will be made available for 
downloading, and free technical support.


Distribution of Evaluation Version

You are granted unlimited rights to distribute the unregistered
version of GPSMeter PDA subject to, but not limited to, the following
terms: GPSMeter PDA may not be sold or resold, distributed as a part 
of any commercial package, used in a commercial environment, used 
or distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or 
distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity, 
even if it is being distributed freely. All files must remain intact
and unmodified from the original as distributed by JAL.



Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which GPSMeter PDA
may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.


*** REGISTERED VERSION ***

One registered copy (single user license) of GPSMeter PDA may be used 
by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer.

This means that one specific individual is licensed to install and use the Software on one unique Pocket PC.

The SOFTWARE is in use on a computer when it is loaded into the 
temporary memory (i.e. RAM) of that computer.

You must not redistribute the registration codes provided, either on paper, electronically, or as stored in the files.

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the program, or any subset 
of the program. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate 
and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal 
or civil prosecution.

The SOFTWARE is protected by Spain copyright laws 
and international treaty provisions.  All Intellectual Property Rights 
(IPR) remain the property of JAL.
